Entity Formation
Under Business Entity Selection we talked about our ability to help our clients control their income tax liability by operating inside the proper business entity. At Tax Warrior we take that a step further and help our clients set up that business entity in the state that best suits their business needs. One of the perks that our clients enjoy is when we setup a business entity; we do everything from beginning to end. Our legal department will file all of the necessary papers as required by that particular state and all other pertinent documents.
For limited liability companies, this includes the sate filings, the operating agreement, all Federal elections, acquiring the Federal identification number, acquiring all state and local operating numbers and any other service that might be needed in a certain industry or location. For corporations we provide additional service as required. These additional services include issuing stock certificates, preparing corporate minutes, completing the corporate record book and preparing a buy-sell agreement.
We provide all of the above services for a fee of $700 per entity plus the cost of the state filing fee. State filing fees vary by state and we can quote that amount when we determine the state we are going to use.
